FREE workouts

Starting off 2023 by releasing over 30 free workouts on my YouTube channel and on my website. The majority of these workouts are pregnancy and post partum friendly and are all easy to set up from the comfort of your own home.

I understand how frustrating it can be, wanting to work on your health and fitness goals but struggling to fit it realistically into your lifestyle around little ones and work. The workouts range from 10 to 50 minutes but the way they are structured means you can do how much or how little as you want with your time.

You can pause when you need to, rest for longer, return back to the workout after you’ve completed a nappy change or intervened into a sibling war and tantrum, without pressure or expectation.

The idea is that you do what you can, with the time you have. This is how we build consistency and maintain intentions without burnout.
